The way to lose weight, is simply, a healthy diet & lifestyle and to exercise to get fit. Even things like, cutting out wheat or replacing it with rye bread, rice cakes or wholemeal bread will make such a difference, as wheat is a main cause of bloating. Drink gallons of water! It fills you up so you don’t feel the need to eat as much, it’s good for skin and flushes your system of all bad toxins. So just before you’re about to snack, drink some water and see if you’re still hungry. Eat fruit and veg, whether it be in cereals, a smoothie or just on its own and you’ll feel better within your self and it’ll show on the outside. Shopping is the best retail therapy, but it’s also a good form of exercise! And remember, the more you buy, the heavier the weights. Yes, I thought you’d like that one.
