Never fear; you can always hide & disguise, and wear the right clothes to make you look good.

Black. Yes it’s slimming but split it up with a bit of colour. We want to look drop dead gorgeous, not just drop dead (sorry). If you have a larger bottom half, wear black trousers, skirt, tights, leggings or crop trousers, with a colourful top. Or the other way round. You can always brighten an outfit up with colourful accessories!
Horizontal stripes are a big no no. Whereas vertical stripes can make you look taller and thinner, especially in pin striped trousers. Note: We are not talking circus stripes.
If you are a larger lady, try and avoid big, loud patterns as they emphasise your figure. Stick to plain colours and simple designs. Not necessarily boring! You can add wild accessories and go crazy.
Don’t buy clothes too small! That’s the biggest crime of the century. Just because you want to be a size 8 doesn’t mean you think you have to squeeze into it just because you’re proud that it’s a size 8. Wear clothes that fit.
Straight legged jeans are best for slimmer people, and are generally the most flattering. For curvier women, with hips, bootleg trousers are the way forward, as the flare at the bottom, to even out your hips. Skinny jeans may be fashionable but they’re not the most flattering of styles, unless you’re Kate Moss. And always wear them with heels, as you end up looking like a golf club if not. Baggy boy jeans are supposed to be big this season, they can be very forgiving, but wear with a girly top to look more feminine and less like your wearing your other half’s entire wardrobe.
For women with a bigger bust, V-neck tops are the best as they split up your body to make them less obvious.
Women with smaller breasts can get away with high neck tops as it elongates your top half, making your chest look bigger.
Chop your body up! I’m not talking about kung fu or anything to do with knives or other kitchen utensils whatsoever here so don’t even think about it. But by layering clothes, adding belts, jackets, wraps and shawls, it splits the body into sections to flatter your shape and size.
If you are on the short side, long skirts, and cropped trousers don’t really do your figure justice as it makes your legs look half the size and emphasises your height.
Heels! Wonderful inventions! They look glam, elongate your legs and add definition to your calf muscles, AND make you look taller. Better than cake.
